PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy in a device for generating cold water and drying cold air.SOLUTION: In a drying cold air generation device 10 to which first and second cooling coils 21, 22 are alternately connected and which includes a cooling flow channel 31 supplying brine for performing cooling dehumidification of passing air to a connected cooling side coil, heat exchange means 90 is provided, which performs heat exchange between frost adhering to a non-cooling side coil in which connection with the cooling flow channel 31 is cancelled and water introduced from the outside of a system, so as to defrost the non-cooling side coil and generate cold water. |
