The present invention relates to a recycling installation of dredging drainage way sludge and a dredging construction method of recycling. The recycling installation of dredging drainage way sludge of the present invention is configured to includes: a scraper (100) to dredge sludge in a drainage way (2); a winch device (50) moving a first wire (30) and a second wire (40) forward and backward; a support device (60) for supporting the winch device (50); a suction device (70) for sucking and transferring the sludge to the drainage way; and a dewatering device (80) for discharging the dewatered sludge to outside and discharging separated water which is separated in the dewatering process to the drainage way (20).
