摘要 Disclosed is a regeneration method of an exhaust purification device for a vehicle capable of unitarily controlling the regeneration of a diesel particulate filter (DPF) for collecting particulate matters (PM), such as soot, contained in exhaust gas and the desulfurization of a lean NOx trap (LNT) for occluding nitrogen oxide (NOx). The regeneration method of the exhaust purification device for a vehicle in which a lean burn engine is applied and the LNT and the DPF are mounted on an exhaust manifold comprises: a step of determining whether or not vehicle information satisfies the regeneration conditions of the DPF; a step of regenerating the particulate matters till a set reference amount by increasing the temperature of the exhaust gas when the regeneration conditions of the DPF are satisfied; a step of maintaining the temperature of the LNT within a set reference temperature range when the regeneration of the DPF is reached to the set reference amount; a step of regenerating the DPF to remove the particulate matters which are not removed from the DPF during a lean burn process and desulfurizing the LNT in a rich burn process by repeatedly controlling the engine using the lean burn process and the rich burn process; and a step of controlling the engine with a normal burn process when the desulfurization of the LNT and the regeneration of the DPF are completed.
