A method for establishing a transmission line and a system thereof are provided to enhance risk management by quickly performing the switching operation for a lot of lines through a script tool when many lines get out of order in a switchboard. A method for establishing a transmission line comprises the following steps. A user or administrator inputs data about line establishment(210), and then selects desired one of sixteen kinds of paths from a base station to a telephone exchange(220). A script tool produces a line management script data based on the transmission line establishment inputted from the user or administrator(230). An NMS server transmits the generated line control script to a circuit switch. The circuit switch performs switching connection to add, delete and restore transmission lines to each optical termination equipment(240). |
