摘要 The present invention relates to a nikel-phosphorus-tungsten-zirconium alloy electroless plating solution and an electroless plating method using the same. A plating solution contains 10-25 g/L of nickel sulfate, 35-55 g/L of sodium tungstate, 10-25 g/L of sodium hypophosphite, 55-70 g/L of citric acid, 1-5 g/L of succinic acid, and 3-5 g/L of a zirconium compound. The plating solution can apply to the surface of various parent metals such as stainless steel and aluminum, and can also extend the life of an object being plated and improve a product yield rate by having excellent mechanochemical characteristics such as chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal resistance, and wear resistance.
