PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process of manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor of high capacity.SOLUTION: The process of manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor includes a process of forming a conductive polymer layer in a capacitor element by a polymerization reaction of a monomer by impregnating a monomer solution and an oxidant solution in the capacitor element. An additive having a boiling point higher than those of the monomer and a diluted solvent of the oxidant solution is added to the polymerization reaction system. |
