PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module capable of absorbing expansion of a battery cell while securing a function to keep the interval between battery cells constant.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a battery module which is formed by arranging a plurality of battery cells 19 at a prescribed interval between a pair of end plates arranged opposite to each other at a prescribed interval. Between the battery cells 19, 19, a spacer 23 is arranged which has a large number of granular bodies 25 housed movably in a packaging body 24. Moreover, the spacer 23 further has a pair of plate-shaped bodies 26 abutting on the side surfaces of the battery cells 19, 19, and the packaging body 24 is arranged integrally between these plate-shaped bodies 26. |
