PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method excellent in blocking control.SOLUTION: The image forming method comprises: a curable processing liquid adding step of adding a curable processing liquid containing a first polymerizable compound and a first polymerization initiator to a recording medium having a coating layer; a curable processing liquid drying step of drying the curable processing liquid added to the recording medium; a curable processing liquid curing step of curing the curable processing liquid added to the recording medium; and an ink adding step of adding an ink composition containing water, colorant, a second polymerizable compound and a second polymerization initiator to the curable processing liquid added surface of the recording medium. |
