The relay device 200 determines a file type of electronic data to be uploaded. The relay device 200 acquires stored tag data stored in the service providing device 300. The relay device 200 displays stored tag data associated with a stored file of a file type related to the file type of the electronic data to be uploaded in a display part 150 preferentially. At least one piece of tag data selected in the stored tag data stored in the display part 150 is associated with the electronic data to be uploaded and is stored in the service providing device 300.
