PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a process for forming an anode electrode, a touch electrode and the like by collectively forming them on one substrate in a fluorescent display tube with a touch switch, while the anode electrode, the touch electrode and the like are separately formed on two facing substrates of a package in conventional ones.SOLUTION: Anode electrodes 411-414, touch electrodes 421-424, a shield electrode 44, and anode wirings 451-454 are formed on a front substrate 31. The shield electrode 44 is formed between the touch electrodes 421-424 and the anode electrodes 411-414 and between the touch electrodes 421-424 and the anode wirings 451-454. The shield electrode 44 is formed of a continuous metal film. The touch electrodes 421-424 are formed so as to surround a corresponding one among the anode electrodes 411-414. |
