PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive member that has a high adhesion force with an electrode and that can achieve excellent conduction reliability, and to provide a multilayer wiring board using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided an anisotropic conductive member having a conductive material inside a plurality of through-holes provided in a thickness direction of an insulation base material. Resin is present in the through-holes together with the conductive material. The through-holes are conducted by the conductive material in the thickness direction of the insulation base material. A thermal expansion coefficient of the resin is 100×10Kor more.
