PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal processing oil composition that has favorable lubricity from a condition in which working speed is high to a condition in which working speed is low, and in which surface damage of a processed material can be satisfactorily prevented.SOLUTION: A metal processing oil composition includes: a base oil that is a mineral oil in which a viscosity index is at least 70 and at most 115, and a sulfur content is at least 100 mass ppm and at most 2,000 mass ppm; and at least one selected from an ester, an alcohol, and a phosphorus compound. |
