PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a curtain campus from fluttering nearby an end part owing to a wind even when water varies in level.SOLUTION: An upper edge part of a curtain campus 4 fitted with a sinker chain 3 is fitted to a lower edge side of an upper float part 2, and the curtain campus 4 is suspended in water. An end of a curtain campus upper edge part is connected to a wharf. The curtain campus 4 on a side linked to the connected end part is provided with tension chains 11, 12 along a campus longitudinal direction at a single region or a plurality of intermediate regions in a campus vertical direction. The tension chains 11, 12 are provided with intermediate float means 13, 14 of generating buoyant force canceling weights of the tension chains 11, 12 in a submerged state. |
