PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure preferable integration of a tape piece with a cylindrical part regardless of a rotation direction of a winding core member.SOLUTION: A third winding core member comprises: a paper core 44 for wrapping a printed adhesive tape around an outer periphery thereof; and a reader tape 80, one lateral end 80a of which is extended toward outside of the paper core 44 and connected to an end of the printed adhesive tape to be wound and the other lateral end 80b of which is extended toward inside of the paper core 44. The other lateral end 80b of the reader tape 80 is supported so as to be switched to either a first position where the one lateral end 80a is located along one side in a circumferential direction of the outer periphery of the paper core 44 and a second position where the one lateral end 80a is located along the other side in the circumferential direction of the outer periphery of the paper core 44. |
