PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement method and a measurement kit for antibiotic concentration.SOLUTION: A measurement method for antibiotic concentration includes the steps of: preparing magnetic particles bonded to an antibiotic; preparing silica coating fluorescent particles to which one or more antibodies of the antibiotic are bonded; subjecting the magnetic particles to reaction with the silica coating fluorescent particles; and irradiating the silica coating fluorescent particles after the reaction with laser light.
