A data communications method during video data output for decreasing a communications service fee and an apparatus thereof are provided to output image data as one image of separated regions by separating displayed regions. A camera part(110) performs a function for outputting a subject image to the image signal processing part(115). The image signal processing part transmits the electrical signal, inputted through the camera part, to a display part(140) by converting the electrical signal into the digital signal. A transmitting/receiving part(120) is combined through a mobile communications system. A sound outputting part(125) performs the function of outputting the voice received by the control of the controller. |
