The present invention relates to a rigid polyurethane foam that is used as an insulator for construction, an electronic product, a panel, or a ship, and more specifically, to a rigid polyurethane foam for a spray which induces foams by mixing a resin mixture consisting of polyol, a catalyst, a surfactant-crosslinking agent, a physical property additive and water as a foaming agent, and an isocyanate resin, and which is usable in a spray manner while being stored in a predetermined storing container. In addition, the present invention does not employ chlorinated fluorocarbon (CFC), hydrogenated fluorocarbon chloride (HCFC), hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) as a foaming agent, and thus can prevent a depletion of the ozone layer and global warming and obtain an effect of solving problems such as low thermal conductivity, cracking, or weak adhesiveness, and in addition, does not employ a foaming agent such as C-Pentane and N-Pentane, which are volatile organic compounds (VOCs), thus eliminating the need of explosion-proof equipment for preventing explosion, thereby having an effect of achieving a reduction of production costs without a burden of additional costs of the manufacturing equipment. |
