PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference device capable of collecting voices of speakers, even when a camera is foldable to a device body in the conference device.SOLUTION: A conference device which performs two-way communication of voices and images via a communication network comprises: a device body; a camera casing 4 which is provided in a foldable manner to the device body; a plurality of microphones 42a, 42b, 42c which are positioned in the vicinity of a camera 40 and disposed in the camera casing 4 at such intervals as to generate a time difference between voices to be collected; a detection section for detecting voice levels of voices collected by the microphones 42a, 42b, 42c and detecting the time difference between the voices; a voice selection section for selecting a voice of a microphone having a maximum voice level and collected first from among the collected voices; and a communication section for transmitting the voice selected by the voice selection section and an image captured by the camera 40 to the communication network. |
