PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic transfer film which can be printed by an ink jet method, and improves surface strength while maintaining transferability.SOLUTION: A hydraulic transfer film comprises: a support film (10) which is made of a water soluble or water-swelling resin; an ink absorption resin layer (20) which is coated on one surface of the support film (10) and absorbs solvent of a solvent type ink jet ink; a pattern layer (30) which is formed on the ink absorption resin layer (20); and a protective layer (40) which is formed to cover the ink absorption resin layer (20) and the pattern layer (30).
