摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact-type tonometer capable of measuring a cornea thickness of a subject's eye with a high precision.SOLUTION: A noncontact-type tonometer includes a measurement section comprising: intraocular pressure measurement means which has a first detector 57 for detecting a reflection signal from a cornea surface Ec of a subject's eye E to measure the intraocular pressure of the subject's eye in a noncontact manner; and cornea thickness measurement means which has a second detector 77 for detecting reflection signals from the cornea surface Ec and a cornea rear surface to measure the cornea thickness of the subject's eye E in a noncontact manner. The noncontact-type tonometer also includes: a movement mechanism having an electric motor to move the measurement section relative to the subject's eye; and alignment detection means having a third detector 35 which is disposed in the measurement section and detects reflection signals from the cornea to detect an alignment state in a front-and-rear direction of the measurement section with respect to the cornea of the subject's eye. The alignment detection means switches an alignment reference position on the cornea set for detecting the alignment state between for intraocular pressure measurement and for cornea thickness measurement, and detects the alignment state with respect to the switched alignment reference position.
