PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting diode, a touch display and a method for manufacturing the touch display.SOLUTION: The organic light emitting diode comprises: a substrate; a pixel electrode as a first conductive electrode on the substrate; first and second signal electrodes provided in the same layer as the pixel electrode; an insulating layer covering the first and second signal electrodes; an electroluminescent layer in the same layer as the insulating layer and covering the pixel electrode; a second conductive electrode covering at least the electroluminescent layer; and a package layer covering at least the second conductive electrode.
