PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable composition excellent in terms of solvent solubility and yielding a film excellent in terms of coated surface properties, antifouling capacity, and scratch resistance and an antireflection film, a polarizing plate, an image display device, and a water-repellent or oil-repellent film using the same.SOLUTION: The provided polymerizable composition includes a compound (A) expressed by the following general formula (I) or (II) and possessing repeating units having a perfluoro polyether structure and at least four polymerizable groups: Rf and Rf' are independent of one another and denote perfluoroalkylene groups; Xand Xare independent of one another and denote groups having polymerizable groups; Xand Xare independent of one another and denote groups having polymerizable groups.
