POWER SUSPENSION DEVICE AND MOTOR-BICYCLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power suspension device capable of reducing the number of parts and man-hours and suppressing the size of the whole device.SOLUTION: A rear suspension 12 includes a double cylinder type cylinder 28 supported by a body frame 2 rotatably around an upper attaching axis line A1 extending in a horizontal direction. A first oil passage connects a first inside oil room and an outside oil room, and a second oil passage connects the first inside oil room and an oil room of a sub-tank. A damping force adjustment valve driven by a damping force adjusting motor gives resistance to the oil flowing through the first oil passage. The first oil passage and the second oil passage share a part of each other. Furthermore, a total extent of the first oil passage and the second oil passage is arranged in the same side to a base level which intersects perpendicularly with the upper attaching axis line A1 and contains a central line L1 of the cylinder 28.
