PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film mirror having stain resistance and scratch resistance which protects the film surface from scratches caused by collision with dust and cleaning with a brush.SOLUTION: A film mirror has a resin substrate, a metallic reflective layer, and a surface covering layer. A surface portion of the surface covering layer has a ratio of the number of fluorine atoms to the number of carbon atoms F/C of 0.21 to 1.00, and the surface covering layer has a surface hardness of more than 100 N/nmand an elastic recovery rate of no less than 60%. |
