PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer image-receiving sheet having excellent coated surface quality, capable of preventing a void at printing, and having improved heat and moisture resistance.SOLUTION: A thermal transfer image-receiving sheet 10 includes: a base material 11; and a hollow layer 12 and a reception layer 13 formed in this order on the base material. The reception layer includes a surfactant, and a layer making contact with the base material includes no surfactant.
