摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway power management device capable of allowing a power storage device that stores a regenerative electric power and discharges the electric power in a distribution system, to efficiently discharge an electric power so as to effectively utilize a regenerative electric power and the other powers at railway stations.SOLUTION: A railway power management device of an embodiment includes storage means, electric power discharge planning means and electric power discharge instruction means. The storage means stores an electric power discharge amount of a power storage device to a power distribution system in association with a prescribed parameter. When a regenerative electric power possible to be stored is generated, the electric power discharge planning means prepares an electric power discharge plan that defines the electric power discharge amount of the storage device on the basis of the data stored in the storage means involving the regenerative electric power amount of the past trains and the discharge electric power amount of the storage means to a power distribution system. The electric power discharge instruction means outputs a discharge instruction to the storage device.
