The dried fish impalpable powder has a 50% cumulative diameter (d50: median diameter) of 0.05 μm or more and 7.5 μm or less. The dried fish impalpable powder has a 90% cumulative diameter (d90) of 0.2 μm or more and 35 μm or less. The inclusion ratio relative to the liquid seasoning is 0.001 mass% or more and 0.05 mass% or less.
