PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen which can be easily manufactured and achieves a sufficient viewing angle and front brightness, and an image display system and a method for manufacturing a screen.SOLUTION: A screen 10 includes: an anisotropic diffusion layer 15 which is formed of a polyolefin resin and subjected to a discharge treatment on both surfaces and has an anisotropic light-diffusing function; a support layer 14 which is integrally bonded to one surface of the anisotropic diffusion layer via a bonding layer 19a to support the anisotropic diffusion layer 15; and one or more optical functional layers having at least one of the following functions: a light-absorbing function, a light-diffusing function and a light-deflecting function.
