PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered tea beverage capable of reducing a bitter and astringent taste or rough feeling, while maintaining aroma of powdered green tea of approximately 10 μm.SOLUTION: In a powdered tea beverage including powdered green tea, (a) the rate of the number of particles (A) of 7 μm-20 μm to the number of whole particles is 60%-90%, and (b) the rate [(B)/(A)] of the number of particles (B) of 2 μm or smaller to the number of particles (A) of 7 μm-20 μm is 0.03-0.3. |
