PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of recording an appropriate image even if a failure occurs in a network.SOLUTION: A transmission section (103) of the imaging device transmits a captured image through a network. A receiving section (103) receives an instruction of change for a field angle from the other device through the network. A field angle change section (105) changes the field angle on the basis of the instruction of change for the field angle which is received in the receiving section. A cyclic sequence storage section (110) stores field angle change instruction information. A life-and-death monitoring section (103) detects that a failure occurs in communication with the other device. In response to the detection of the life-and-death monitoring section, a control section (104) instructs change for the field angle to the field angle change section on the basis of the field angle change instruction information stored in a field angle change instruction information storage section, and an image storage section (111) stores the captured image. |
