PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus configured to maintain relative positional relationship between a photoreceptor drum and a housing, while bringing a developing roller into contact with the photoreceptor drum or separating them from each other.SOLUTION: A printer 1 includes a positioning projection part 77, a body casing 2 having a contact/separation lever 92 and a lock member 94, a drum frame 33 having a photoreceptor drum 17 an a contact/separation member 39, and a developing frame 50 having a developing roller 18. A biasing force receiving surface 78 of the positioning projection part 77 is arranged downstream in a biasing direction Z of the lock member 94 with respect to an axial end of the photoreceptor drum 17. A reaction force receiving surface 79 of the positioning projection part 77 is arranged downstream in a direction Y of reaction force to be generated when the contact/separation lever 92 operates on the developing frame 50, with respect to the axial end of the photoreceptor drum 17. |
