PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device capable of mounting a skin material so as not to generate crease or sag in accordance with a three-dimensional shape of a backrest, and improving beauty and appearance quality of the backrest by preventing generation of crease or sag caused by a sewing line or a lead-in wire.SOLUTION: A skin material 420 of a backrest 40 is formed in a three-dimensional shape by sewing a plurality of parts corresponding to irregularities of each portion of a cushion body 41, and includes: sewing lines 420a-420d extended by sewing each end edge of each part; and lead-in wires 421a, 421b extended by drawing any part from the rear surface side to the cushion body 41 inside. The sewing lines 420a-420d and/or the lead-in wires 421a, 421b are arranged in the mutually uncrossed state. |
