PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for secondary cell, capable of highly precisely performing I/O control of electric power from a secondary cell.SOLUTION: The controller, performing I/O control of a secondary cell, includes: overvoltage state detection means that detects an overvoltage state of the secondary cell and capacity detection means that detects the residual capacity of the secondary cell, and detects I/O enable power of the secondary cell from the overvoltage state and the residual capacity and performs I/O control of the secondary cell on the basis of the I/O enable power. |
