PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottom emission organic EL display device in which aperture ratio decrease due to sticking accuracy of an organic light-emitting layer formation substrate and a color filter formation substrate is improved, parallax and mixed color can be reduced, and thickness as a panel can be made thin while reducing the manufacturing cost, which are the problems of a conventional organic EL display device having a structure of sticking an organic light-emitting layer formation substrate and a color filter formation substrate by an adhesive layer.SOLUTION: A bottom emission organic EL display device having a TFT and an organic light-emitting layer arranged on one surface of a transparent substrate, and emitting light from the organic light-emitting layer to the other surface of the substrate has such a structure that a light shielding layer for sectioning pixels and a coloring layer for forming color filter are formed on the other surface of the substrate, and one side of the substrate is sealed. |
