PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for a steel plate in which even if being laminated to a steel plate and performed by bending work, crack is not generated in a curved surface part, high moldability is possessed, excellent stain resistance and excoriation resistance are possessed even in the curved surface part, there is not performance deterioration by time, and moreover blocking does not generate in a process of production or the like.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet for a steel plate includes: at least a primer layer; and a surface protective layer on base material in the order, wherein a surface protective layer is a cured object of an electrolytic dissociation radiation-curable resin composition, the electrolytic dissociation radiation-curable resin composition includes at least: (a) (meth)acrylate monomer of a functional group number of 1-3 and (meth)acrylate monomer of a functional group number of at least 4 in a range of 53:47-68:32; (b) 8-23 pts.mass of an acryl resin based on 100 pts.mass of an electrolytic dissociation radiation-curable resin (solid content); and (c) 0-10 pts.mass of an isocyanate curing agent based on 100 pts.mass of a resin component (solid content), and a thickness of the surface protective layer is 1.5-4.5 μm. |
