PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to perform such adjustment without unnecessary energy consumption in an air conditioner that a room temperature in a place where the home air conditioner is installed in a building is a desired temperature when the user arrives at the building, by more accurately calculating a required operation time.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle device 10 acquires a weather condition in an area where a building is located, and a room temperature in a place where a home air conditioner 20 is installed, via a communication network and calculates a required operation time required for adjusting the temperature in the place where the home air conditioner 20 is installed, to a desired temperature on the basis of the weather condition in the area where the building is located and the room temperature in the place where the home air conditioner 20 is installed, and calculates the time of arrival at the building. When the current time exceeds a reference time which is the required operation time before the time of arrival at the building, the in-vehicle device 10 sends an operation start instruction to the home air conditioner 20. |
