PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum electrolytic capacitor capable of obtaining mechanical connection strength by a rivet connection when connecting a lead tab to an external terminal, and also capable of reducing connection resistance when the diameter of the external terminal is small and the capacitor needs to correspond to a heavier current, since conventionally, connection between the lead tab of a capacitor element and the external terminal is performed by rivet connection in an aluminum electrolytic capacitor, but recently, a capacitor corresponding to a heavy current is desired.SOLUTION: In this aluminum electrolytic capacitor, the connection part between a projection provided in the external terminal and an extraction lead tab is provided by frictional agitation caused by a rotary tool. |
