PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine accurately whether or not cooling liquid is flowing in a circulation path.SOLUTION: A water passage 20 extends from an opening 22 at a lower surface of a main body 18 fixed to a side wall 14 of a water tank 4 of a water cooling device into the main body 18 to supply water of a heat exchanger 12 from the opening 22. A discharge pipe 28 is communicated with the water passage 20 at a position spaced apart from the opening 22 to discharge water into the water tank 4. A water detector 30 detects a presence or non-presence of water around the discharge pipe 28 in the water passage 20. A drain pipe 32 is communicated with the water passage 20 at a position nearer to the opening 22 than the discharge pipe 28 so as to remove a part of water flowing to the discharge pipe 28 into the water tank 4. An inner longitudinal section area of the drain pipe 32 is set to be smaller than an inner longitudinal section of the discharge pipe 28. |
