PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for making it possible to provide, in a visualized form, a latent image using birefringence.SOLUTION: A polarization film stuck to an article having a birefringent pattern and configured to visualize a latent image formed by the birefringent pattern comprises: a polarization layer that transmits specific linear polarization, circular polarization, or elliptic polarization; and an adhesive layer. The polarization film has a tensile modulus E of 0.01 to 7.8 GPa and a thickness h of 60 to 300 μm. A visualized latent image article comprises the polarization film and an article with a birefringent pattern and designed such that the polarization film is stuck to the article with the birefringent pattern via the adhesive layer so as to be peelable and thereby the latent image by the birefringent pattern can be seen by means of the polarization film. |
