PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the maximum value of total load received by needles as a whole at the same time and shorten time required for all needles to penetrate through a sealing member.SOLUTION: At least three needles are so configured as to be inserted one by one into a sealing member and at a timing before a preceding inserted needle takes stable load, insertion of a succeeding needle is started. Further the needles are configured to be inserted at a timing in which total load does not exceed the maximum value of the total load when, with the precedingly inserted needle taking the stable load, insertion of the succeeding needle into the sealing member is started. Further, the needles are inserted so that a first time interval T1 between a starting timing of insertion t1 of a firstly inserted needle and a starting timing of insertion t2 of a secondly inserted needle is shorter than a second time interval T2 between the starting timing of insertion t2 of any needle inserted from the second needle on and a starting timing of insertion t3 of a successively inserted needle. |
