To manufacture a ceramic heating element, the present invention relates to a ceramic heating composition for manufacturing at low temperature by mixing 10-20 wt% of alumina cement, 30-40 wt% of carbon, 40-50 wt% of water, and 10-20 wt% of broken-stone chips or stone flour of various kinds of natural rock such as germanium without containing a firming agent or a hardening agent. |
