Disclosed is a vertical mooring system for a separable cargo tank. The vertical mooring system for a separable cargo tank according to the present invention is arranged on a marine structure; and comprises one or more female engagement parts on a sidewall of the marine structure, and one or more male engagement parts corresponding to the female engagement parts. The male engagement parts are engaged with the female engagement parts in a vertical direction to limit the 6-degree-of-freedom motions of a separable cargo tank.
