The present invention relates to a harmful substance measuring system for detecting hazardous and noxious substances (HNS) included in seawater. The harmful substance measuring system is capable of detecting HNS included in seawater by using diffusive flow without external power supplies since a harmful substance detection sensor having multiple pore structures is equipped. According to the present invention, the harmful substance measuring system having the harmful substance detection sensor for detecting HNS included in seawater by using diffusive flow comprises: the harmful substance detection sensor having multiple pore structures to divide a first area including a first fluid, and a second are including a second fluid, and to move ion particles of the first fluid from the first area to the second area; and a current amount detector connected to the first area and the second area to detect electric signals generated by the ion particles moving from the first area to the second area. |
