The present invention relates to an amorphous amphotericin covered with a surfactant and a preparation method thereof. The amorphous amphotericin covered with a surfactant according to an embodiment in the present invention comprises: 100 parts by weight of amphotericin; and 10-200 parts by weight of a surfactant with respect to the weight of the amphotericin, wherein the surfactant has two or more alkyl chains adhering to a hydrophilic part thereof. The surfactant adheres to the amphotericin while surrounding the outside of the amphotericin in an amorphous form, so that the amphotericin is dissolved in an emulsion type in water. The amphotericin to which the surfactant adheres has an average diameter of 0.5-30 micrometers, and the average size range of the amphotericin is within±200% with respect to the diameter of the amphotericin.
