PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost by moving and fusing a bag-shaped separator with a same apparatus, and to suppress deviation of the separator by fusing the separator while holding it to an accurate position after moving it to the position, to prevent generation of wrinkles in the bag-shaped separator.SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing an electric unit (a fusion head 10) has a suction part 2 and a heat energy generation part (a heater unit 3) arranged around the suction part 2 for heating a separator 1 in a contacted manner and fusing the separator 1 with a separator 1a disposed below the separator 1. A plurality of notches are formed at the edge in the circumference of the suction part 2, a plurality of projections are formed at the edge of the heat energy generation part facing the edge of the suction part 2, and the plurality of projections are configured to be stored in the plurality of notches respectively. |
