PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device of a vehicle which prevents webbing winding failure caused by a stuck webbing thereby preventing failure in door opening/closing operation.SOLUTION: A belt cover 15 having an opening 15a, in which a webbing 9 is inserted, is disposed at a vehicle exterior side shoulder part 4a of a seat back 4. A guide mechanism (an assist grip) 20c, which restricts the webbing 9 from moving to a vehicle exterior side edge part 15a'' of the opening 15a, is provided in an area of the opening 15a of the belt cover 15 that is located at the vehicle width direction outer side and a vehicle front portion. |
