PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for an electric capacitor, which can be stably produced and has high performance.SOLUTION: A separator for an electric capacitor comprises: an unwoven fabric; and an electroconductive polymer. The unwoven fabric is a laminated unwoven fabric including an ultrafine fiber unwoven fabric layer (I layer) having a fiber diameter of 0.1-4 μm, and an unwoven fabric layer (II layer) having a fiber diameter of 6-30 μm and composed of a thermoplastic resin. The fiber surface of the I layer and/or the II layer is partially or entirely covered with the electroconductive polymer. |
