PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board transfer carrier in which a circuit board as an object to be transferred is hardly displaced during transfer, and deformation and breakage are suppressed when the circuit board is removed.SOLUTION: The circuit board transfer carrier used for transfer of a circuit board as an object to be transferred, includes a flexible support having flexibility and being bendable, an adhesive layer fixed onto the flexible support, deformable so as to follow deformation of the flexible support, and removably stuck to a lower surface of the circuit board, and a positioning mask removably stuck onto the adhesive layer, and having a positioning penetration part. The flexible support is more easily curved and deformed than the positioning mask, and the circuit board is disposed in the positioning penetration part and transferred while the lower surface of the circuit board is stuck to the adhesive layer, and the flexible support and the adhesive layer are curved and deformed to be removed from the positioning mask and the circuit board, and the positioning mask is then separated from the circuit board. |
