PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator that in order to improve heat insulation performance in the vicinity of the door of a cooling room including a drawer container such as a refrigeration room, can generate an air layer in which cool air is not convected in the vicinity of the door.SOLUTION: In a refrigerator, a convection control unit 26 is provided between the side outer surface and bottom surface of a drawer container and a side wall 25 and floor surface 52 of a cooling room, the convection of cool air is suppressed on the front surface side with respect to the convection control unit 26, and an air layer is generated in the vicinity of a door 8 of the cooling room. Since the air layer is a heat insulation layer, heat insulation performance in the vicinity of the door is improved, and heat intrusion from the periphery of the door 8 of the cooling room to the cooling room is reduced. |
