PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of improving color reproducibility when a color reproduction region is adjusted.SOLUTION: Provided is an image processing device for adjusting gamut when image output from input image data is performed, the image processing device being characterized by having: a color information conversion unit 9 for converting RGB values of each pixel in the image data into LCH values indicating coordinates on a target gamut; a distribution type determination unit 13 for determining whether the LCH values are in the range of an adjustment machine gamut; a gamut adjustment unit 15 for adjusting initial disposition coordinates (coordinates of a target machine gamut) located outside the adjustment machine gamut to fall within the adjustment machine gamut according to the result of the determination; and a gamut setting unit 17 for setting next-stage disposition coordinates by this adjustment as a gamut for image output.
